Getting Started
To get started with the Socotra Assistant, follow the instructions below:
- Complete the steps listed in the setup guide.
- Log in to the Socotra Insurance Suite .
- Navigate to the Operations Workbench tab at the top of the page.
- Select a tenant.
- Navigate to the Accounts tab at the top of the page.
- Select an account.
- Select a quote. The Socotra Assistant only works with quotes that are not yet in the
issuedstate. - Click the black Socotra Assistant icon on the right side of the page.
- The Socotra Assistant sidebar will appear.
