Issue a Policy

  1. Log in to Socotra Connected Core

  2. Click Search or type /

  3. Search based on policyholder name or policy number

  4. Open a policy to edit

  5. Fill out the required fields

  6. Click Save

  7. To add an exposure, Click Exposures

  8. Click Add Exposure at the bottom

  9. Fill out any exposure details

  10. Click Lock and Price

  11. Fix any errors that may appear

  12. Look for a red * to find issues on the sidebar, resolve any errors and make any necessary changes

  13. Click Lock and Price

  14. After locking, Price Breakdowns / Invoices / Documents are available for review

  15. After review, click Accept policy, and then Issue Policy

  16. Policy is now Issued
